a refreshing, fizzy, low-alcohol sake. It has a mild sweetness and acidity.

Ozeki Karatamba Dry Wave (15%)

Light & Dry.

This crisp, dry, medium bodied sake has a light vanilla flavor and slight nuttiness.

Osakaya Chobei Daiginjo (15%)

Light & Dry.

A delicate flavor you'll taste, reminiscent of lychee or melon. A pleasant umami essence combines with the sweetness.

SōTō Junmai Daiginjo (15%)

Light & Dry.

Refreshing, light mouth feel that’s almost silk like. Goes down smooth, but has a dry finish with a little heat on the backend. You’ll find subtle hints of apple, lime zest, and even a hint of cucumber which is evident in the overall freshness of the sake

Momokawa Pearl Junmai Ginjo Nigori (15%)

Rich & Sweet.

Rich and creamy with bright and bold tropical notes like banana, pineapple, and coconut. Vanilla and pineapple on the nose.

Ozeki Strawberry Nigori (9%)

Rich & Sweet.

This cloudy sake combines a tropical sweetness and creamy texture with a light and refreshing strawberry flavor.

Watari Bune “Ferry Boat” Junmai Ginjo (15%)

Light & Dry.

Overall lively and bright, fruity with some funky aromas and flavors. Over-ripe musk melon on palate, bright white peach in finish.

A delicate balance of robust and delicate, full notes of cereal grains and cremini mushrooms in a light and airy structure.

Seikyo Takehara "Mirror of Truth" Junmai (15%)

It is light and silky, some marshmallow sweetness, and a crisp dry finish.

Yuki No Bosha "Cabin in the Snow" Junmai Ginjo (16%)

Light & Dry.

Overall, mellow and well balanced. Notes of roasted chestnuts, brown butter, and honey on the nose and palate; gentle acidity in the finish.
